- To heat, place in clean microwave oven.
- Heat in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is reached.
- Do not overheat.
- Always test for hot spots & overall temperature before use.

- Place inside clean plastic bag & put in freezer for at least 1 hour.
- For optimum performance, place in freezer overnight.

- Remove cover, surface clean with mild soap and cold water.
- Do not use warm or hot water.
- Do not machine wash.
